Buttermilk Pancakes from Scratch
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
2 Tbs sugar
2 Large eggs beaten
2 cups buttermilk
¼ cup melted butter
Vegetable oil for cooking
Directions
Pre-heat skillet over medium heat
Sift together dry ingredients
Add beaten eggs, melted butter, and buttermilk to the dry ingredients
Mix gently until combined
Add a small amount of vegetable oil into skillet
Scoop out ¼ cup of batter into skillet.
Cook until bottom is golden brown (the top will have lots of bubbles)
