Does your soap cure [...]

Sorry, but we cannot make any claims to what our products may or may not do. This goes against FDA regulations, but we can tell you that they clean very well!
We do include our full ingredient list on each of our products and we have taken the time to research all of our ingredients and encourage you to do so as well.
Does your soap contain lye?

No. The chemistry in making soap converts the ingredients used, including lye, into soap and glycerin.
My products were damaged when they arrived. Can I return them?

Our apologies for any inconvenience it may have caused you to wait anxiously for these wonderful items, only to have them arrive broken or damaged. Please visit our Return Policy for instructions on returning your items.
Your soaps contain some great colors, but will they stain?

Not typically. Our soaps are colored using natural ingredients, and though you may see colorful lather or some color on your loofah, sponge, or cloth, this should come out in your normal wash.
Why does my favorite soap look different every time?

Our soaps are handmade in small batches to ensure quality. Though we try to duplicate the designs of our customers favorite soaps, variations are common simply due to them being handmade. As soap batter is poured, we cannot perfectly predict what design the fluid will create.
My soap arrived with some white residue on it. Should I throw it away?

Goodness no, your soap is perfectly fine. One of the oddities that occurs in a handmade soap is the development of soda ash. This only shows up occasionally and only on the outside of the soap. Once you use it the first time, this will disappear and is completely harmless.
